homeward bound

The fam and I have finally made it to our new-ish home in Southern Arizona. Now we just need to move one more time into our very own house and settle a little. I have additional finger puppet patterns in the making and am excited to work on them again. Stay tuned.

Hello all! I have been MIA and here are my excuses: I'm getting ready to move (a.k.a. finding a new place to live) and my husband just graduated from college! I think those are pretty good excuses, right? No. Well, you're probably right too. I have started packing up things into boxes and making are teeny apartment into a teeny tiny apartment. Just finished these puppets for a nephew's Christmas present. I have to admit they were kind of hard to do. I thought of the characters and made up my own version. The characters include: flying monkey, bad witch, emerald wizard, scarecrow, toto, lion, good witch, tin man, and Dorothy.
